The redevelopment of Mapletree Benoi Logistics Hub in Singapore reflects our ability to add greater value to MLT’s existing assets. This project saw the transformation of six blocks of single-storey warehouses into a modern, five-storey green ramp-up logistics facility. With the four-fold increase in gross floor area to 92,500 square metres, the new facility offers sizeable contiguous floor plates to accommodate the varying space requirements of logistics players.
Other notable initiatives include redevelopment projects at Mapletree Logistics Hub - Toh Guan and Mapletree Pioneer Logistics Hub in Singapore, as well as Mapletree Ouluo Logistics Park in China.
